This methodology was gifted to Soul Flow founder Kelly during one of the hardest moments of her life. It became the lifeline that helped her navigate deep burnout, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm. Coaching FAQs

Do I need any experience with yoga, breathwork, or coaching?

None at all. Everything is fully guided and Kelly meets you exactly where you are. All you need is an openness to trying something new.

What actually happens in a session?

Every session is shaped around what you need that day. It might include breathwork, somatic practice, guided reflection, or working through the Power of 3 framework. There's no rigid script — just a safe space to reconnect.

Is this therapy?

No. Kelly's background in social work and psychology informs her approach, but this is empowerment coaching, not clinical therapy. If Kelly ever feels therapy would better serve you, she'll always be honest about that.

What if I get emotional?

That's not just okay — it's welcome. You don't have to hold it together here. Kelly will hold that space with you, gently and without judgement.

Can I combine coaching with your classes or the online membership?

Absolutely. Many women find that a regular yoga practice alongside coaching deepens both experiences. The online membership is a lovely complement between sessions.
